Processing Time

All orders are processed before they ship. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing (excluding weekends and holidays).

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times vary based on location and carrier.

  • United States: 10–15 business days (average estimate)

These delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Shipping may take longer during peak seasons, promotions, carrier delays, or severe weather.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before you complete your purchase. From time to time, we may offer shipping promotions.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (if available).
Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional reshipping fees may apply.

Lost Packages / Marked as Delivered

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

  1. Check with household members/neighbors and around your delivery area

  2. Contact the carrier with your tracking number

  3. Email us at Jenny@nuviara.com with your order number

We will do our best to assist, but Nuviara cannot guarantee refunds if the carrier confirms delivery.
